Who We Are
Our Founder
Orlanda A. Herrera
Symbolic thinker, community strategist, and lifelong learner.
I use stories, patterns, and lived insights to build communities.
Between 2007 and 2020, I designed and facilitated transformative learning experiences that blended artistic expression with structural reflexive analysis. By creating safe spaces for women entrepreneurs and creators to express themselves, I supported them in exploring their perspectives, recognizing their strengths, and choosing whether to translate those into personal or professional shifts.
During those years, I founded two Art & Design companies, one in Mexico and another that offered my designs and workshops across Latin America and Spain. I also built an online community of over 10,000 Latinx women, grounded in shared experience and everyday transformation.
As a self-taught learner, I continually seek out new knowledge to strengthen my community work. Over time, I observed recurring patterns across women despite age and profession. This led me to study Sociology, where I’m now in my final year, deepening my analysis and developing strategies for lasting community change.
Since 2022, I’ve collaborated with organizations that serve minorities and immigrants in Kansas City, gaining firsthand insight into how identity, learning, and self-perception unfold within complex social contexts.
Our Story
Ollin Ameyalli emerged in response to a structural absence: the lack of sustainable frameworks rooted in a feminine perspective, focused, flexible, and centered on self-realization and agency rather than productivity.
Our programs offer practical tools and strategic guidance for women to reclaim agency of their paths, reconnect with rhythm and root, and act with intention.
